		<description>Thanks, Bu Pun Su.  I just made a reservation to head back the last week in December.  It seems that Le Chateau is one of the only restaurants open between Dec. 27th and 30th this year.</description>

Your meal is very similar to mine last winter (http://andichahyadihermawan.blog.friendster.com/). I completely agree that the crustacean are the best, followed by the caviar dish. The sad thing of Robuchon could be the lacking of variation (Ducasse Paris and Monaco are still different enough) ... I also read the review about Joel Robuchon Mansion by others and found that about 70% of  the dishes there are the same as the ones served in Tokyo. Anyway, good job! I thought your food comments and reviews are among the best, even better than some journalists.</description>

		<description>Hi !  I know that if I only had one French restaurant to visit in Tokyo, it would be Le Château.  But there are so many !  I had a great meal at L'oisier also last year.  I'd also like to try Gagnaire ... probably in December.  I think Ryugin is my top priority; but that's not exactly French.  Oh yes, you really should try L'Oeuf ... I think he injects extra yolk !</description>

If one had a limited time in Tokyo, would you recommend Le Château over some of the Japan-only high-end restaurants?  I've been eyeing Le Château (and Sant Pau and Pierre Gagnaire and...) for several months now, but also have places like Quintessence, Aronia de Takazawa and Argento ASO on my list (and a return visit to Ryugin).  My head tells me to stick to experiences I can only get in Japan, but my stomach says it needs to try the "un petit oeuf mollet et friand".  All that runny yolk--how can one not want that?

But if I can get the same egg of the same quality elsewhere in the world....</description>

		<description>Thanks ... it's certainly the best French food in Tokyo.  I've been to a few of the 3* restaurants.  The one that came closest was L'Osier but it lacked some of Le Château's magic.  I really enjoyed my meal here.</description>
