posted by adam on February 7, 2008I present: The List. The places below are the restaurants and food shops I’ve visited in three of the greatest food cities in the world — New York, Paris, and Tokyo. If you’d like to hear about my experience or see my pictures from someplace I haven’t written about, just ask. I’d be glad to share them. And in the meantime, hopefully this list will provide a hint of the many reviews to come in the future.
Restaurants in bold indicate places I’ve been to more than 5 times. Those with a line through the name… don’t cry for them. They have moved on to a better place.

Many compliments for your exhaustive reports – they are both intriguing and insightful.
I am in Paris soon and would love a good recommendation for a hidden jewel (ie nothing mentioned in the Guide rouge) but along the same lines of L’Ami Jean or Le Comptoir du Relais – any info would be gratefully digested!

Missed out on Le Cinq in Paris last month, had to bail out of a reservation last minute, but will be doing Molecular Bar in Tokyo in a week. Trying to squeeze in Jiro but doesn’t look likely.
Keep this going and I’ll try my best to catch up!
