I've found the wait to not be too bad on weeknights ... not sure when you're planning on going. But also, recently, the wait hasn't been too bad on weekends either so I wouldn't be too concerned. Having eaten at the one in London three times, I then visited the one in New York, and I too found similarities with slight differences.
